Expressive Paintings by Albin Veselka

Albin Veselka is a talented painter from Rexburg, Idaho. He started his interest in art in an very early age and developed his skills through education and hard work. Albin received his BFA in Brigham Young University Idaho. In his figurative paintings, he convey emotions which make you wonder who they are or what their story is.

Albin’s work is influenced by some of greatest artist – Nicolai Fechin, John Singer Sargent, Abram Arkhipov, … He portrays emotions in various ways, depicting facial expressions, body languages and surroundings in detailed colors.

“If I can enrich the lives of those who view my work in any way, I have accomplished my goal. There is something of the divine that comes through the work of one who has mastered his mode of expression and who has something good to say. Be it simple or profound, intellectual or spiritual, when that message comes through and awakens something within the receiver that improves his or her life; that, I believe, is the higher purpose of art. That’s what I strive for.”
