It represents love and nurturing, it relates to unconditional love and the giving and receiving of nurturing. In color psychology, pink is often considered a sign of hope. In fact, pink is a warm, welcoming colour, a colour that calms and reassures. Its energy has the power to alleviate feelings of aggression, resentment, abandonment and neglect.

Pink is also often associated with femininity, precisely like the symbol of the flower. This is because femininity, culturally speaking, has been related for centuries to concepts such as beauty, calmness, warmth and caring. Looking at a pink flower, it is very easy to be carried away, pushed towards a warm, peaceful universe, a place where anger is unknown, where love can grow slowly. A return to our inner innocence, moving away from the threats of change and violence.

Sure, someone could argue that pink flowers are the perfect representation of a passive soul, a spirit affected by lack of will and power. However, this is not necessarily true.
