Carina Dumais is an artist, illustrator from the Netherlands who tries to express a tension between reality and fiction, realism and artificiality in her artwork.

Initially she worked with traditional material as oil painting, red ochre, textile and objects from nature. Today she creates art, illustrations and design by using the new media, such as computer software, Poser, 3D Max, Photoshop, painter etc.
