Illustrations by Anne Julie

Anne Julie was born in 1980 in a small town in Eastern France. She graduated from Beaux-Arts, Ecole de L’Image of Epinal (east of France), with a degree in Illustration at age 21.

Her work appears in several exhibitions, catalogs, children’s books, magazines and websites. She also love to create various things with her hands. In February 2007, she decided to open a shop annejulie.etsy.com and moved to another one, early 2009: The Nebulous Kingdom.

The world of Anne-Julie is divided in two parts. She has a whimsical side and a darker one. Her inspiration comes from her childhood, from fairytales, from music and movies, Nature, dreams… but it also comes from her everyday life.
